Revived Aesthetics – eGift and Gift Card Policy
1. General Use
Revived Aesthetics eGift Cards may be used toward any eligible service or product offered by Revived Aesthetics, unless otherwise stated.
eGift Cards must be presented (digital or printed) at the time of redemption.
eGift Cards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, or exchanged.
2. Expiration
eGift Cards never expire, unless required otherwise by state law or explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
Promotional eGift Cards or bonus cards may have additional restrictions or expiration dates, which will be disclosed at issuance.
3. Non-Refundable & Final Sale
All eGift Card purchases are final and non-refundable.
Lost, stolen, deleted, or unauthorized use of eGift Cards is not the responsibility of Revived Aesthetics and will not be replaced.
4. Redemption Rules
eGift Cards may be redeemed only at Revived Aesthetics and are not valid at other locations or businesses.
If the total purchase exceeds the eGift Card balance, the remaining balance must be paid at the time of service.
If a service total is less than the eGift Card amount, the remaining balance will stay on the card for future use.
5. Promotions & Discounts
Promotional eGift Cards or bonus cards may have additional restrictions or expiration dates, which will be disclosed at issuance.
6. Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Use of an eGift Card does not override Revived Aesthetics’ cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show policies.
Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in a $150 fee that may be deducted from the eGift Card value in accordance with our standard policies.
7. Transferability
eGift Cards are non-transferable unless otherwise specified.
8. Fraud & Misuse
Revived Aesthetics reserves the right to void, suspend, or refuse redemption of an eGift Card if fraud, abuse, or policy violation is suspected.
9. Changes to Policy
Revived Aesthetics reserves the right to modify this eGift Card Policy at any time without prior notice, to the extent permitted by law.
